Here's a step by step guide on how to assemble your brand new CNC Disc Brake
Kit!
Lay out all your piece's on your work bench and make sure all your pieces
are there. See your packing list for specifics. As you can see I
have laid out all the hardware, bearings, caliper, caliper bracket, dust cap,
and spindle. This is everything needed to to do the drivers side.
Keep in mind this is a dry example for tech purposes only.

As you can see in picture three and four I have installed the caliper bracket
and have clocked it roughly in the 11 o'clock position. In picture four
you can see that the ears that the caliper bolts too are going towards the
frame.

In picture five you can see I have installed the bolts with the washers.
In picture six
I have installed the other washers followed by the lock washers
and the nuts.

In picture seven you can see how the hardware is placed with the bracket being
mounted. In picture eight we have a close up of the hardware all together.

In picture nine I am placing the inner wheel bearing on the spindle (since this
is for tech purposes no grease is being used) In pic ten the bearing is seated.
Make sure you use disc brake wheel bearing grease to pack your bearings.

In picture eleven the rotor is seated fully on the bearing. Races are
installed from the factory on the hubs. In picture twelve I am placing the
outer wheel bearing in place.

In picture thirteen I have placed the keyed washer in place. In picture
fourteen
I am placing the installed nut on.

Picture fifteen shows the nut tightened down. In picture sixteen you can
see the distance between the caliper bracket to the rotor, its close but that's
how it works.

In picture sixteen I have place the loaded calipers onto the rotor and picture
seventeen shows me aligning the caliper to the caliper bracket.

Picture eighteen shows me threading the bolts with the lock washer onto the
caliper bracket to secure the caliper. Picture nineteen shows what the
final product looks like assembled with out the dust cap. Just
install the dust cap, connect your lines & bleed your brakes and enjoy.

Sometimes it takes several times to bleed all the air out of your system.
This is a slow but necessary process in order for your brakes to perform at
optimum performance. Use DOT 3 brake fluid with the CNC brakes. We
recommend using either the CNC dual brake master cylinder or a hydro boost unit.
If you are currently or wanting to run a single reservoir master cylinder don't,
unless its for concourse purposes.
