before the panels can be welded in place we
make a step in the original metal so that the new panels fit flush.

The panels are held in place with pins until
they are welded in.

Under the fender well drivers side.

Dash being preped for custom fab for radio
delete.

Inner view of the new front upper and lower
arms.

The new tublar Mustang #3 kit has being
mocked up and test fitted.

Radio delete panel has been fabed and welded
in and ground.
The lower heater control panel has been
marked for cut out.

The new panel has been made and welded into
place. The dash is custom metal, the heater controls will be moved to a more suitable
place later.

Next we prepped the engine compartment for
the modifications
to the firewall, we do not need any of the old factory holes.

We also started work on the battery box
cover panel.

All of the factory holes have been welded up
and ground down
ready for body work.

The new battery cover panel has been fabed
and laid in
place for test fit.

A small rust hole in the left rear floor has
been cut out and a new piece of metal made ready for welding in.
