Page #2
Back from the sandblasters, inside, out side, underneath
and
all areas have been epoxy primed and baked at 350º.

We have removed the shock towers and started on the install
of
the crossmember of our
#3
Mustang coilover kit. Removing the
shock towers will make room for the new
408 Stroker motor, and
plenty of room for the headers.

Here we are starting on the install of our
Mega Cool Alloy radiator kit.
The radiator opening in the radiator support
is made bigger to
allow for maximum air flow for the cooling system.

Matt cut 1-1/2 out of the left side.

1-1/4 out of the right side.

The opening is done, you can also see the new tubular
crossmember for the front suspension along with the upper arm mounts and the
coilover mounting brackets. The rear suspension is the latest on the market the
RRS Rear Coilover kit will be at our shop ready for the install in a couple of
weeks. This kit is the first in the USA and we get to do the first
install. We will keep you posted.
The Mega Cool Radiator system is fabricated and the massive
Alloy radiator fits the opening perfectly.

The lower radiator frame cover acts as the lower radiator
mount and it looks cool as well. This kit was made custom for this car.

We fabricated a new lower front frame rail, it is
part of
the lower radiator mount and wraps underneath the car.

Now we have started on the filler panels for
the shock towers. The holes were cut bigger to clean the metal up and the panels
were cut to fit.
